Emotions can become difficult to navigate, and it’s in these moments that having the right support can make all the difference.
As a counsellor, I offer a confidential and accepting space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we can gently explore what’s going on for you, at your pace, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and right for you.
